Uno spazio grazioso

Nell'appartamento possono soggiornare massimo 8 persone. A disposizione degli ospiti una camera matrimoniale, un'altra camera con un letto matrimoniale e 2 lettini ed in soggiorno un divano letto. L'appartamento ha un ampio spazio esterno con tavolo, sedie e barbecue ed è adatto per pranzare, cenare o grigliare all'aperto con amici e parenti.

Ha una cucina completa di lavastoviglie, forno, frigorifero, tostapane, microonde, frullatore, pentole, stoviglie, tovaglie, detergenti. Le camere da letto sono complete di biancheria ed il bagno di asciugamani, doccia e lavatrice. Climatizzatori e wifi gratuito in tutta la casa completano la dotazione.
Spese come luce, gas, acqua sono incluse nel prezzo di affitto che varia per periodo e numero di persone.
Il paese di San Donato di Lecce dista solo pochi km dalle spiagge più belle del salento come quella di Porto Cesareo 28km, di Gallipoli 33km, Torre dell'Orso 25km e Otranto 38km ed essendo posizionato al centro del Salento, ogni giorno, a seconda del vento, si ha la possibilità di scegliere tra il mare Ionio o il mare Adriatico andando sempre al mare più calmo. Lecce è vicinissima per fare una piacevole passeggiata in centro.

The flat is perfect for those who love peace and relaxation, but outside the house there is the wonderful Salento.

The flat can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. There is a double bedroom, another bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds and a sofa bed in the living room. The flat has a large outdoor area with table, chairs and barbecue and is suitable for lunch, dinner or outdoor grilling with friends and family.

It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, blender, pots, dishes, tablecloths, detergents. The bedrooms are complete with linen and the bathroom has a shower and washing machine. Air conditioning and free wifi throughout the house complete the equipment.

Expenses such as electricity, gas, water are included in the rental price, which varies by period and number of people.

The town of San Donato di Lecce is only a few km from the most beautiful beaches of Salento such as Porto Cesareo 28km, Gallipoli 33km, Torre dell'Orso 25km and Otranto 38km and being located in the centre of Salento, every day, depending on the wind, you can choose between the Ionian Sea or the Adriatic Sea always going to the calmest sea. Lecce is very close for a pleasant walk in the centre.
